I really love the look of this ring, but the prongs around the peridot stone are rough and constantly snag on things. I tried to have a jeweler smooth them out, but it didn't really work.
Love this ring. I just received it and can't stop looking at it. It is so light weight I barely notice it's on. I bought this to switch out my other (beloved) peridot ring that was a lot bulkier. This one is so pretty! The design is simple yet sophisticated. I wear it on my right hand middle finger. I think it looks perfect!
I ordered this ring because I wanted something square cut and peridot is my birthstone. I was really pleased when I got it; it's simple, elegant and it sparkles from every angle. The diamonds do look a bit smaller than in the picture, but I think I actually liked that better because it made the ring more dainty. Definitely worth the money.
Pay careful attention to the measurements shown on this webpage. The ring that I was sent is similar in style, but it's a child's ring. The peridot itself is close to three millimeters smaller in each direction than what's pictured next to the ruler. Initially, I might have thought the diamonds were really chips, although this might be 1/10ct. But the dead giveaway is the size of the peridot. And the shank is also smaller than a size 4. (I wouldn't be able to get this on my ring finger with Vaseline and a crowbar. ) It's going right back.
