14k White Gold Overlay Bezel CZ Diamoness Necklace

I was so disappointed when this arrived. The picture showed a necklace that looked like a "Tiffany" style omega sturdy platinum look, it is even over layed with 14K white gold, so I knew the color was going to be right. What arrived, however, was something that looked like it came out of a gum ball machine. It is a very shiny light color and looks and feels very cheap. The metal looks fake - almost plastic. The diamoness' look real enough to pluck out and use somewhere else. Unfortunately, no one will see them because the necklace is so flimsy, it won't sit flat on my neck - it just keeps twisting around every time I move to expose the uglier back side. I even bought the service plan because I planed on wearing it a lot. I tried every angle and every light to make it work, but I'm returning them both. This is one of the few times I actually got what I paid for. :(!
