I was very disappointed in the chain that came with the cross. The cross was beautiful but the chain was very cheap and it came extremely tangled. I had to buy another chain before I could give the necklace as a gift. What I saved buying through Overstock, put me far ahead of what I would have spent at a local store.
The chain was truly twisted when I got it -- with two nasty knots that even challenged the jeweler I took it to to fix (for a fee). The pendant looks much nicer online than in person and the chain is so fine it seems like it will break easily. If I saw this in person I would not purchase it.
