I bought this for my fiance for Valentine's day and she likes it pretty well. It appears to be well made, though the heart is fairly small, as is the diamond. The diamond does appear to be of a good quality, however, and has a nice little sparkle in the right light. The ability to hang the pendant at different angles is a nice touch, and it's easy to change. The chain that comes with the pendant isn't bad, but I added one of the white gold chains from Overstock which was a good idea.

I gave this to my girlfriend for Christmas, but after wearing it for no more than 20 minutes (while sitting down), the chain fell apart. The pendant is nice, but the chain is pretty chinsy.

I let my brother use my credit card to buy this for his girlfriend's Birthday. We ordered a Yellow Gold Diamond Heart Necklace and we received a White Gold Necklace. It was too late top correct this mistake but the white gold necklace sent was very beautiful and the diamond was very clear. My brother's girlfriend loved it so much she almost cried.
