I bought these earrings as a gift. Since it was my first time buying jewelry online, I was a little skeptic. Once the earrings arrived, I couldn't be happier. Size of the earrings is good, they're sparkly and the color of gem is very unique. It took 2 business days for them to arrive. Price was excellent too!

I never thought I would buy jewelery online. I am a guy who can't picture fashion so when I shop I go into a store and get what grabs my attention best. These were a June birthday present (Alexandrite is a June stone) and I could not find anything reasonable or that looked good in person. I bought these based on the review and a prayer and I was very surprised with what I got. The box it came in was way too big which at first look made them look small and cheap. When I paired them in a smaller box and it really brought out how large and bright these stones are. As for the actual stone and setting, it is simple and really lets the unique properties of Alexandrite shine. Leaving the setting open light is able to grab the stones at many facets producing the cool color changing perspective of the stones. It ranges from a very pale blue to a deep rich purple. The studs are larger than the look and fit the ear nice. As for the guy points perspective. She loved them and wears them all the time.

The craftsmanship of these earrings is well done, but if you are buying these because of the color, then let me stop you. The color of the stones that I received were a very pale purple and only looked remotely close to the color depicted in very low light. When in the ears and in any kind of light, they were light pink in color. The cut of the stones made for some brilliant sparkle, but I returned them because I was disappointed in the color. If you're not picky about the color range, then I would recommend these to you, otherwise, enjoy the $7 return charge or do not purchase.

Gorgeous, They change color from blue/green to red/purple. They match the lab created Alexandrite ring I bought for a gift but larger.. They are a nice size too, not too small. Very happy with them.

Gorgeous.. I've seen these go from bue/green to red/purple. These are lab created though, in case anyone is wondering. There's a typo in the description. It should read, "created" not "creative." Anyhow, they match my lab created alexandrite ring I bought through Overstock as well. They were kind of a pale shade of blue/green when I first opened the very chilly carton that was left in my mailbox. I thought I would return them, but when I checked them out later they had turned a beautiful voilet purple.. different from amethyst and quite stunning. A nice size too, not too small. I find myself wearing these at least once a week. One of my favorites so far!

I was very pleased with these earrings; the stones are bigger than I expected and they do change color from deep purple to pink/purple, though I have not seen any green color. I am sure they are created but I think this should be indicated in the product description. Even so, they are a very pretty addition to my jewelry collection and I would recommend these as great purchase for yourself or as a gift.

The earrings are larger than you would have expected, but the color doesn't change much, which is a bit of a disappointment for alexandrite. Some have stated these are natural, some have stated they are lab created, the site doesn't mention which they are. The purple color is pretty, but I have seen better deals on synthetic alexandrite, and still would like to know if they are natural or lab created? They are pretty earrings though, the cut is good and they sparkle well.

If you have a chance to buy these earrings,RUN,do not walk to your computer, and BUY these earrings!!they are beautiful!! You'll never be SORRY you did!!

These earrings are natural and beautiful. Larger than I expected. Only minus was the shipping box came opened--the tape didn't stick.

The stones are a good size. The color is good, but does not turn blue/green in certain light as some other created alexandrites I own. The stones show some blue, but for the most part they stay more purple. However, the stones are very pretty and I wear the studs almost every day.

Normally I do not purchase lab created gems but this pair caught my eyes and for the price, thought I'd try them out. Perfect size in my opinion; price is right; however, the color tends to be more on the purple side, with minimal color change. I have a true Alexandrite ring and the color changing aspect of the ring is phenomenal; these earrings, not so, this is why the 4 star rating.

I like simple jewelry and these studs are just right for me. I was anxious to have them delivered, and when they were, I was so happy to unwrap the box. The earrings are really pretty. They look great on me. I'm happy and I can't wait to show them off at work.
