Some shipping issues that caused problems with the item but overall the earrings were pretty. Overstock customer service was exceptional in working with us to handle all issues. Friendly, easy to reach and overly accomodating. Also excellent follow-up by customer service reps. All specs listed were confirmed by our jeweler (carat weight, color, clarity). I had the jeweler check the clasp due to a previous reviewers experience. The jeweler thought that the clasp was fine to hold the earrings secure without changing them. He did however tighten them a bit to make them more secure.

• How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Only one image available, would have appreciated more views prior to buying, particulary something that showed size comparison of stones and overall earring.

My husband purchased these for me as an anniversary gift. They are unbelievably beautiful. I have short hair and they look amazing. Unfortunately, large hoops are not my "thing" so I had to return them. Let me just say that I have been rethinking that decision ever since! But honestly, if large hoops are your "thing", these are must haves.

I love love love these! The diamonds shine and sparkle, are well set and match nicely. They definitely show up even with my longer dark hair. Here's the BUT, I have to take them to my local jeweler (and pay out of my pocket) to have some sort of safety clasp put on. They have a straight post that 'sort of' clicks in the back opening via a 'tiny' notch in the post. I hugged someone and one fell out, that easily. Can't see any inclusions even with my loop and the color is stellar!! Hope they come out with a higher carat weight and a little larger diameter option, I'd love more!
