the item is well received and is a good value. the item is beautiful. there is one problem however. one of the earings is very difficult to screw the back into place, the other one has no difficulty. what should i do?

These earrings are a very good value. They sparkle quite nicely, but upon close examination there are some visible black spots. Considering the price and overall bang for your buck, these are worth it. I love them!
