I really loved this ring from the moment I recieved it. I wore it constantly. However, 2 weeks after I got it, the center stone fell out and I could not find it. I called custumer service that night and they were very helpful. My only complaint is that they require you return it in the original box. Thank God I recycle because otherwise I probably would have not had the ring box. I sent the ring back in and they promptly sent me a new one, no questions asked. I am very satisfied with the quality and service I was provided. I just hope it is not a flaw in the design of the ring and the stone dosen't fall out again. The ring itself is gorgeous.
