14k White Gold 1ct TDW Diamond Journey Necklace (G-H, I2)

The product is a present not yet given-but purchased early to take advantage of the price. The chain as everyone has stated before seems too weak. The color of the diamonds while they state they are G-H are not as sparkling as others rated H-I or even J. The product arrived at about the expected time but without any kind of documentation-just a box-no rating certificate-I had to contact customer service and demand a certificate of authenticity/rating. when you pay this kind of money the product should have the certificate - guaranteee that what you have purchased is what you expect and what had been advertised as being. The cost as stated is much better than other products out there. I hope the reciepient will like it as the return period will have experied by the time I give it as a gift.

Very good quality just as advertised. Product delivered exactly on time as promised. The chain that came with the pendant was subpar however....and should have been better quality but overall very happy with my purchase.

The necklace was different than the one in the pic. With that said, I had already planned to purchase another necklace based on the pic. When the piece arrived, it looked great, and I actually liked the necklace better than the one originally pictured, but it was still a little understated for the value of the piece in my opinion. I purchased a white gold "box" chain from a local retailer at a great price that complemented the pendant much better. The result was stunning!

I found the delivered product to have a problem. The quality, appearance and strength of the chain for the pendant as inadequate for everyday use. It (the chain provided) also doesn't meet functionality as its appearance is industrial in nature, no polish,, gleam or appearance value for such a pendant or necklace was visible and its inclusion was detracting from the appearance of the pendant itself.
