I was pretty upset when i realized that one of the settings had shifted and somehow had been reattached to the diamond on a crooked sideways way. Although the diamonds looked similar in size and appearance, one earring looked different than the other due to the discrepancy in settings

Got a great deal via 2 promotions, so it's hard to complain, but when your diamonds are set in white gold, you want them to be as close to colorless as possible. These are definitely closer to the J than the H in the range and certainly more yellow than the pic. They are a nice size for everyday wear and I love the asscher cut. They are great for something a little different, but they aren't going to dazzle you, so be prepared. If you want to be dazzled, you'll need to go to the next size, 3/4 or 1 carat TDW. I would have purchased these if I had found them in a brick/mortar store at this price.

These earrings were a fantastic value. I was VERY nervous about buying diamonds online, because I don't like junky, poor-quality diamonds, but these were clear and bright, with no discernible flaws I could see. I was extremely impressed with the quality. My ONE criticism, the only reason I rated these 4 stars instead of 5, is that I think the more costly diamond earrings should have screw-on backs rather than the butterfly-type. I took the earrings to a local jeweler, where they converted the backs to screw-on for 100.00, well worth the money in my opinion. I bought the 1/2 carat Asscher earrings before, but am planning to upgrade and buy the 1-carats of the same some time this year when overstock has their jewelry on sale.

The earrings are very accurately described, reasonably priced, professionally packaged, and promptly shipped. I would rate the overall product, quality and service 5 stars. However, the appearance of the earrings out of the box should have appearred cleaner/shinier like the jewelery bought from a reputable jewelry store. Once cleaned, they were dazzling. Thank you overstock!
