Engagement Ring
We are extremely pleased with the ring!! It is absolutely gorgeous and exactly how it was described. We had a small issue with shipping but o.co Customer Service rectified it almost immediately. I can't wait for our engagement so I can wear it all the time!! Our jeweler was shocked at the quality of the stone and it appraised for almost double of the retail price. We will definitely but fine jewelry from o.co again...
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? The ring was exactly as it appeared on the site.
- How accurate was the sizing? 5.5 was the smallest we could order the ring and I needed a 4.5 so we were prepared that it wouldn't be an exact fit. Once the ring arrived, we took it to our jeweler and had it back in less than a week.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. It was exactly what we ordered.
