I ordered two charms and a charm bracelet from Overstock, but sadly the charms were in terrible condition. Both charms had diamonds so cloudy that they looked plastic. This charm in particular was damaged with the clasp not attached to the charm when it arrived to me. I spoke with Overstock to return these items and they were very helpful.
