Poor Workmanship
I ordered this charm for my daughter to add to her charm bracelet. It looks nice but the workmanship was of poor quality. After two hours of use the link that connects the lock to the charm got caught on to my daughter's very expensive dress. The link was not securely sealed and it ruined a gorgeous Christmas dress. Now I have to throw out the dress and run around to try and get the charm fixed. I do a lot of shopping online due to my busy schedule, now I'l have to waste precious time to get this fixed. VERY FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING!!!!
