I bought this item for my wife and she loved it. The pearl was of great quality. She wanted to wear it to dinner the same night, so there was no time to replace the chain with something stronger. After wearing the necklace just 30min (elevator ride, cab ride, and walking into the restaurant) the chain had already broken and the necklace was lost. I bought her this item a second time (bc she loved the it) but forbid her to wear it until the weak chain can be replaced with a chain that can at least supports its own weight. I recommend the pearl, NOT the chain it comes on!

The delivery was very fast and pearl is fine, but smaller than I had expected. Color and style of pearl are fine as well as setting in a silver swirl design, however, size was not as big as it appeared on the website.

A very pretty necklace -one of those "simple, yet elegant" pieces. The only drawback is the dainty chain; that won't stand up to daily wear. However, if the necklace is an "occasional" piece... Might be just the ticket. Purchased as a gift, recipient was very pleased.

The pearl and design of this pendant is beautiful. I was very pleased with the quality of the setting and the pearl, but the chain was so fine that I was afraid to use it. We purchased another chain and now I love the necklace. Even the catch on the chain was so tiny it was difficult to open . Too bad they cannot pair this pendent with a substantial chain, it would be worth it, the pendant is lovely.

The swirl design is what attracted me to this item. I fell in love with the simplicity and the style of the pendant. You can wear this pendant all the time and it always dresses up your looks.

I got this pendant along with matching earrings as a gift, and I would say the pendant is my favority part. The pearl is beautiful and quite large compared to the earrings. And the white gold swirls look great with it. The flimsiness of the chain did not bother me, since I would have been happy with just the pendant. The only two things that bothered me were the lack of certificate of authenticity for the pearls and not the greatest setting job, with some glue visible. Not nearly bad enough for someone to spot though. Still a 5 star.

I finally decided to indulge myself and bought this necklace and the matching earrings -- can't be happier with my purchase! I have already received many compliments during the last few days since I have been wearing them. The color is beautiful, with a slight green hue, and the quality is outstanding! No dents at all in any of the pearls.On a related note, I have to compliment the Overstock customer service. At first I thought the package was lost in transition, so I contacted O customer service. Everyone was so nice, helpful and understanding. I was thrilled to receive it the next day after the schedueld delivery. Thanks, overstock! I was pretty disappointed with the pearl (the chain of course is too fragile/dainty too, but I expected that from reviews). The pearl has rather visible "dents" and the color is very light like silver/chrome. I expected better for AA grade. For the price it is an "okay" purchase, I guess. I've always wanted a Tahitian Pearl, so I guess I'll keep it; but I'm certainly not "thrilled" with it.

The necklace is very nice and my lady friend loved it. The chain was a bit small, but after replacing it with another chain it really looks nice.
