I just received a pair of 14k yellow gold diamond earrings and some matching bangles for my birthday and I was looking to hopefully add a believable looking 14k gold ring into the mix. when I first saw this ring on overstock I thought it could be that believable looking piece that I was looking for. Since the price was so great and the reviews were good I decided to give it a try. I received the ring today and I was extremely disappointed. The ring looked like it had fallen out of a gumball machine. The ring was darker than pictured on overstock and kinda looked orange-ish in color. The stones were absolutely awful and 14k wasn't stamped anywhere inside the band. This ring is a joke! and it looks horrible with my real pieces. I won't waste my time or money by sending it back, I'll just trash it! I even tried giving this ring to my 11 year old daughter and she said "Are you kidding me mom? that ring looks super fake!'. Why this ring has a 5 star rating is beyond me! I think the overstock staff must be writing the reviews because this ring *****! Just in case you're wondering, No I didn't expect to get a real ring for $**** I wanted a ring that atleast looked like it was believable gold. I'm trying to be as honest as I possibly can so that no one makes the same mistake I did in buying this crappy ring.
