Not that great

The locket is cute, although I doubt my 80 year old grandmother will be able to read what it says. The chain is very cheesy. It definitely needs a new one. When I got this product the chain was all knotted and it took me about 20 minutes to undo it. It comes in a pouch, rather than a jewelry box which doesn't help the knotting. The pouch came in a beat up white box. I can't give this as a gift in the condition it's in. I need to get a new chain, jewelry box, and gift box. I'm not sure it was worth it.
