I was impressed with O.com's service. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size ring. O.com immediately offered a full refund as they did not have my size in stock. They went one step further and contacted the jeweler/supplier and arranged to have the ring resized for no cost. I'm not sure if my ring was resized or replaced with the correct size, but the service was immediate and at no cost so I am very, very pleased. The replacement/resized ring was shipped within 3 days of the jeweler receiving the wrong-sized ring. This is great service and shows customer satisfaction is very important to O.com.
