14k Gold 2ct TDW Diamond Engagement Ring (H-I,SI1- SI2)

We originally purchased one that was too loose so we had to return it. When we went to check the product we discovered a big inclusion off to the side of the center stone. It is listed on the product page that the diamonds are supposed to be SI 1 - 2, and according to Overstock's own diamond buying guide, "The diamond has inclusions that are somewhat easily seen with 10-power magnification but extremely difficult for the gemologist to see without magnification.". We're not gemologists and we (or anybody, really) could definitely see it without any magnification. The clarity was more like I 1, 2, or 3 (Included). We were asked to take photos of the flaw, which we did, and send it back. The full amount was refunded to us. We ordered another one of the right size and this time the inclusion was even worse . It is right in the middle of the center stone - a black dot that you can't miss. We contacted customer service again and this time we quoted from Overstock's diamond buying guide. The representative responded by giving us a different guide (probably one he just found on the internet). He was NOT helpful and was very defensive about how Overstock stands behind their products and their quality etc.. We simply could not be bothered having to deal with another return and to pay $$$ in return shipping so we decided to keep it. It is very disappointing though. We will definitely think twice purchasing anything over $$$ from Overstock again.
