I have been very happy with every thing I have order specially the black pearl 18" neclace, I just love it, just the right size, very soft looking and the pearls appeared to be of good quality. Every thing was okay until I received the gold chain and the two pearl ring, "black and white". The gold chain appeared to be shorter than a 18" , I compared with my other gold 18" chain and sure enough the chain I received was a beat shorter. I was dessapointed about that. I also order the two pearl ring on size 7 and what I received was size 6, I was very dessapointed about that. I decided to keep the ring to wear it on my pinky finger, it looks okay but it was meant to wear it on my ring finger. I hate to go to the trouble of having to send things back so I can get what I ask for in the first place. I just couldn't believe I got the wrong size, different of what I order.
I ordered the necklace for a Christmas gift. I was so disappointed I had to run out to get a replacement gift.
The complait I have is that it is so SMALL. The links are almost invisible. It also seems very short.
The quality was fine.
