The only reason i was semi-unpleased with the purchase was in the picture the heart looks open, not solid. I was thinking when i purchased the pendant that the diamonds fell down the middle of the heart and the heart was just as it looks in the picture. While the necklace is pretty, be warned that it was not as nice as I had expected. A lot of the reviews here are very good, so I had high expectations. The necklace comes in a very cheap cardboard box & Overstock itself did a poor job at shipping. Mine came with the chain all tangled & full of fingerprints/marks. Once I cleaned it off & polished it up, it is very pretty, but feels a bit thin/cheap.

The Pendant is beautiful, it is great quality. I bought this for my sister and she loved it. I did replace the chain with something thicker, the chain it comes with is too thin. Other than that the pendant itself is made very well. I would recommend this item. It is a lovely gift idea for someone meaningful in your life.
