Although the diamond is really clear and beautiful. My most favorite element is the chain itself. I love the way the chain is linked together. You can easily tell the quality is good.

My husband got this for me for my birthday, and we were a bit concerned about the quality of the diamond (esp the color). When we got the necklace, we were both so pleased! The diamond color(compared to a D color) was not noticeably different at all, and the chain it came with was perfectly lovely (I was worried it'd be too thin). It really made our day, esp when we received it 3 days earlier than we had expected w/ Overstock standard shipping. We are more than thrilled, and will definitely buy jewelry from Overstock again--it's the best deal we could find, after looking all around (a 1/4ct elsewhere would've cost $200 more!--and this is a 1/3ct!) This is the first real diamond I've purchased, and my disappointment might stem directly from that inexperience. I think I took the wrong route of setting a price point and seeing how much (size) I could get for that amount. The second mistake was purchasing a diamond that I had not been able to see with my own eyes. I would certainly have purchased something else if I had been able to see it in person. The diamond was larger than I expected and I would have been much happier with a diamond half the size that had some real fire. That's not to say that this product is bad or misrepresented. I believe that the value was great when compared to other outlets of similar products. I was just really disappointed with the lack of luster and brilliance of the stone. The clarity and size of the diamond were represented in the description, so my inexperienced opinion is that a proper cut must be what's lacking here. As I understand it, the cut done accurately is what gives a diamond it's "fire." With the naked eye, the stone is not cloudy or even imperfect given the grade, but it just doesn't sparkle. You might get a glint or two as you turn it in the light, but surely nothing dazzling. Every diamond is different and I urge folks to consider my lack of knowledge in giving this review. For all I know this may be 100% typical and expected when a 1/3 carat diamond is offered at this price point. But...you can take it as an accurate reaction from a consumer who knows little to nothing about diamonds. My advice is to educate yourself before buying. It's your hard earned money, you want to be happy with your purchase. Personally, I would spend the same amount of money on a smaller, more brilliant diamond.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Acceptable. Some reviews had me considering buying a new chain, as it is certainly very delicate in appearance. A close look at the chain reveals an intricate design where the interlocking rings could provide strength, but there's really no way to judge the overall reslilence of the chain unless it breaks.

I ordered this for my daughter who was graduating from college. I wanted a solitaire necklace she could wear everyday. This necklace was beautiful and delicate and perfect for anytime wear. The diamond is lovely and sparkles well. The chain is thin, but pretty. Overall, she and I are very pleased with the purchase.

Not as small as other reviewers said. I have been shopping around for a while and comparing sizes. I tried on a 1/2 carat from Macys for 600 and this was just a little bit smaller but I got it for $360! The color seems better than the one from Macys, more of a white-colorless. The sparkle is great-not cloudy at all. I also bought one from Amazon that was HORRIBLE and super cloudy for the same price. The only disappointment is the quality of the chain, it is VERY thin but I love that it's shorter at "17 inches. The only other issue is the diamond tends to not sit straight when I wear it but then again, its not a station necklace so its to be expected.

Brilliant stone, but was too small when I received it.

Great service and arrived before Xmas as promised which was excellent. The packaging is a little plain and lacking but I guess that saving cost to us, so not a big deal. It would be good with diamonds to get some sort of certificate or guarantee that it is an actual diamond, its cut, clarity and size. Overall, very nice and my wife was very happy with it!

My wife actually loves the pendant although it was smaller than it appeared to be on the website. The chain is also very fragile and didn't exactly look to be the same chain as shown in the photos. Overall we're happy with the purchase except for the part where we're going to have to buy a strudier chain.

The clasp is very, very small. We had to take it to a jeweler to put a larger clasp, which cost us $45.00. Although the chain is small and very nice, a larger clasp needs to be used.

These is perfect everyday nacklace! The color is not noticeable at all and the size is decent. Inclusions are apparent to the naked eye when closely examined in bright light but not at all noticeable when worn around the neck. The best part is that they are white and sparkly! I cleaned them and now brilliant rainbow of colors are reflected from each facet of the diamond. Gorgeous! Btw, the box is horrible so please buy a nicer box if it's a gift. I am very happy with my purchase.

Actually had bought a 1/4-ct solitaire pendant from ***** and returned it after i saw this, this was a better one in clarity,shines more, and was 1/3-ct for the same price. Comparing the both, i must say this one is a lot better. The one from ***** was a I2 and had a cloudy appearance. Shipping was quick, order this on a Friday and received it on Monday. This definitely was a better buy for the same price.
