It's thinner than I expected
Perhaps it was clear in the description and I just didn't realize it, but this, unlike the sterline silver chains I've ordered from Overstock, is about as thick as fishing line -- I'll take their word for it that it's a box chain, without a magnifying glass I can't confirm that. If you're looking for a sturdy necklace, this isn't it.. if you're looking for a gold thread.. you've found it.

Worth 4X the Price!
This chain is a beautiful weight and texture - well worth a much higher price. It is very secure and has just the right presence to hold a pendant. I plan on buying several more as long as they're in stock.

Loved the length & the sturdiness of the gold. Gave workmanship a 4-stars because the clasp was kind of difficult to open but otherwise it's a great value.
