I bought this chain to replace one that my daughter had given me with a small pendant about a year ago. I had already had to return the chain it came with to the place where she had bought it, shortly after she gave it to me because the chain broke. The one it was replaced with, a slightly heavier chain, broke several months ago. When I saw this chain on Overstock I could only hope it would work, the pendant is very small and delicate, feminine, in other words. When it arrived, I loved it! It was beautiful! And JUST fit the pendant, BARELY! When my daughter saw it, she loved it as well and commented on the cut of the necklace, and how shiny it is. It is very smooth, too, some chains will wrap around the hair on my neck (even though it is short) and pull it out. This chain does not do that at all! I have never seen a chain quite like this before, and I have recieved many compliments on it. It never kinks, and almost never even moves ! It really is beautiful!

This chain is different from the rest! I'm so glad I found it...for some time now I had been looking for a chain that was pretty and sturdy that I could afford to be worn with any gold pendant. I put it on the day it arrived and haven't taken it off yet!

I WAS VERY UPSET WITH THIS PRODUCT IT IS VERY THIN AND VERY CHEAP AND IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE I REVIEWED THIS CHAIN LOOKS LIKE ITS FOR A BABY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED I WILL NOT RECCOMMEND TO NO ONE.SO WHEN I GET THE REST OF MY JEWERLY HOPE IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE THE CHAIN I WILL BE BACK TO REVIEW IF IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buying a necklace has been tough because they always end up getting twisted with my hair. Well, this one doesn't and it looks very substantial. Great color and size. It looks good with or without a pendant. Fantastic value. Thanks!!

This is a great chain for any pendant it's light, but it doesn't look light, so that good. i opened the box yesterday, and I liked it very much. Yes I would recommend this chain to anyone.

I bought this after reading great reviews. Some reviews said it wasn't as substantial as pictured but then I knew those could be magnified. I guess I was prepared for it to be thin. I was so surprised when it arrived. I loved it right away. I think it has a great look to it. It's not super fine and it's not by any means heavy looking but is definately a chain that gets noticed. To me its a perfect blend if you don't want something real dainty but a little heavier look with out the chain over powering a pendant. It would be a great chain to be worn with out a pendant too. I am glad I took a chance on this necklace.

I absolutely love this necklace. I wear it with a pendant, and it is plenty strong enough and does not twist or break. In fact I loved this necklace so much that within a week or so, I purchased a second one for another one of my pendants. It's a great necklace at a great price. I highly recommend it.

I was satisfied with the necklace. It is a design I had not seen before. It is comfortable to wear and does not scratch or pull in anyway. My only thought is the size was described in MM. It's very hard to judge size when you are not used to a measurements usage. It was a smaller diameter than I anticipated. After the disappointment of the size, I do really like it. It shows nicely on the neck and for the price is a great deal.

I was very pleased with this gold necklace. It looks substantial as the "popcorn" design makes it look like a thicker necklace and therefore looks just right with a heavy pendant. such a coin or large charm. I thought it was a good deal for 14kt.

This necklace is very nice. I bought it for my girlfriend and she likes it a lot. However, as others have pointed out, it is not as substantial as it appears in the photos.

I ordered this necklace for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas. She wanted something different from the the usual gold chain. I wanted something feminine yet strong without being too large. This fit the bill. My daughter loves it!

when i received it in the mail the next day after ordering, i was surpise that it small. however it is beautiful and high quailty. i wear it everyday and any pendant you decide to wear with is will look great with it.

The necklace is nice, however it was thinner than I had anticipated. It's so hard to tell in online photos how substancial a necklace will be even when you are seeing it next to a ruler. However, I will say, that it is thick enough to wear on it's own and be noticable. You could easily hang a pendant from it, but you need to make sure the jump ring is wide enough to fit through the end of the chain. I though I could wear my diamond pendant on this chain, and although the pendant would fit on the actual chain, the end piece where the lobster clasp attaches is too wide to slide the pendant through. Bummer.

This necklace (chain) is really beautiful. In fact, I liked it so much that I immediately went on-line to order two more exactly like it and I couldn't find it again and was so disappointed.

Much more dainty and much thinner than the photo indicates, but very pretty, shiney and delicate. It's a nice chain to wear alone becuase it's unique.
