i hope it works
i wasnt disappointed as it was as was stated but to my minds eye they looked smaller! delivery was a few days longer than i expected

Instead of 10K gold, these earrings had plastic back. I did not expect this for a product at this price. It took many calls to customer service to finally get gold backs for these stud earrings. Would have returned them but they were a birthday present for my granddaughter.

Made a nice gift.
I bought these as a gift for my hard to please mother. She only wears studs and had expressed a desire for rubies. These are the perfect size for studs. The backings are very small, which may end up being an issue, but I suppose those are easy to replace. The gold is delicate, but the earrings seem sturdy enough. My mother was impressed and thought I paid more than I did. I had a problem with USPS shipping, but Overstock was wonderful and shipped out a replacement within one day.
- Did the image onsite match the product? The rubies were less red in real life, more of a dark pink.
- Did the product fit true to size? Yes.
- How is the quality of the product? Good, overall.

OMG . . . The Shipping and Handling Charges!!!
I already have the 10k Gold and Square Created Ruby Necklace . . . and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! I ordered and received it in December 2010 at that time I paid under *** CAD for Shipping and Handling (reasonable). I finally decided to go for it and order the matching earrings . . . only to discover that the Shipping and Handling charges had TRIPLED!!! I REALLY want these earrings!!! However there is no way I can justify (even if only to myself) paying such irrationally inflated Shipping and Handling rate!!! When I contacted Overstock.com they could offer no valid explanation for this phenomenal increase in their rates for Shipping and Handling to their CANADIAN customers!!! I am VERY disappointed!!!
