The necklace is smaller than it seems in the picture. When I removed the necklace from the case the back part of the chain was all knotted up. I worked at that knot for an hour (seriously an hour) before I could get it untied. The chain is so small I couldn't see where to push and pull on the chain to untie the knot and I have 20/20 vision, just had my vision checked last month. I'm just a little frustrated over the whole thing over all I'm glad I didn't have to send it back because it's a birthday present for my girlfriend next week.
