10k White Gold Trillion-cut Amethyst Necklace

My boyfriend got me this necklace as a surprise, just-because gift. It is now my absolute favorite piece of jewelry. I wear it everyday, and after a month, I see that it is capable of withstanding the everyday wear and tear. I love the shape of the amethyst and the white gold chain is actually very glittery, more than you would think for 10k. Have gotten many compliments on it...definitely can wear all the time. LOVE IT!!!It is a beautiful cut and the chain is the perfect length. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone, whether woman buying it for herself or for another boyfriend who wants to make his girl's day. (Trust me, it will).

I looked all over for amethyst pendants to give my bridesmaids for my wedding. I didn't want the traditional crystal jewelry for my friends and sisters - I wanted something that they could wear again on a daily basis if they wanted to. I found these on overstock for a great price, but was wary of the quality, not being able to see it in person first. I was very pleased with the result! I love the trllion cut - it's something you don't see all the time. The chain is very delicate, but the stone and the setting are great. Know that if you order more than one, the stones may vary slightly in color. I ordered 4 - they all look great but next to each other you can tell there is a difference. I'm not that picky, so it's OK by me. I can't wait for them to open these gifts next week. I would definitely recommend this purchase to a friend - I would even love to have one for myself!

I gave this necklace as a gift and was very proud to give it. It is the perfect size for the petite person I gave it to. She loves it and wears it all the time. The amethyst is a beautiful color. The trillion cut is unusual and very attractive. The diamonds are small, but add some sparkle. The chain is a bit delicate, but the bail is large enough to accomodate another chain. This is my first order from Overstock.com and I couldn't be more satisfied. I had ordered another necklace at the same time because I couldn't decide which I liked better from the pictures. When they came, I still couldn't choose. In the end, this won out because of it's smaller size and it was white gold instead of sterling silver. I'm very pleased with this purchase!!!!
