It's not a big diamond ring, but it's white gold and there's a diamond on it. If your budget won't allow something more expensive, and your lady appreciates the meaning behind the ring more than the size, then it's a very nice ring.

My boyfriend surprised me with this promise ring for our anniversary. I had been looking at several rings and this turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for. The ring is dainty and cleverly designed. The picture of the ring on the site is not to scale, understand that the photo is magnified so you can see the quality of the stone. The stone itself is actually about the size of a pin head, however do not let this discourage you. The gold setting comes up around "real" setting and actually has 8 prongs. It's hard to tell from the magnified photo even, but there are 4 prongs on the outside corners that hold "nothing" then the 4 prongs in the center actually holding the diamond itself. This design lends well to the overall appearance of the ring because it gives the illusion of the diamond itself being bigger. [I'm not talking huge though here ppl!] The gold is nice and shiny and the band is a nice thickness. My best advice for anyone considering this ring is to remember, this is a PROMISE ring, expect it to be smaller than you actually think it looks like in the photos. The diamond it self has inclusions and definitely lends on the yellow side, however the ring is cleverly designed to minimize this. If you're looking for an engagement ring, this isn't it. If you're looking for a beautiful, dainty, promise ring/anniversary/birthday gift for your special someone, this is perfect. I am so pleased to have received it. He really did well.

I received the ring just now. Looking at the photo here, the setting appears to take up much of the ring which it does not. The diamond is small as I expected. However, be aware that the diamond is not colorless -- it has a significant yellow hue to it which is expected (it's listed as K). Under bright lights, I'm not able to get much of a fiery sparkle out of it. Unfortunately the prongs do a good job at obscuring the stone. The ring does look quite sturdy though. No chance of anything falling apart or out. But, you do get what you pay for. It is a diamond going for a low price. I'd say a good choice if you want a good-priced ring that happens to have a diamond in it.

My daughters boyfriend purchased it for her Christmas gift. She was pleased with it.

I just received this ring from my boyfriend today! It is beautiful! It is small but its what i wanted. I work in a daycare so i didnt wanna smack it on things and break it. This is a promise ring for me from him!

I read reviews about this ring before I purchased it and people have said the diamond is cloudy. It's true, it is cloudy. That's pretty much the only downfall to the ring. The diamond and band is not as big as the pictures make it seem. Expect it to be a little bit smaller than you see the pictures as. But overall, I think it's a beautiful looking ring. For what it looks like, it's definitely worth the price! I'm surprised how fast it came in the mail too. I'm giving it to my girlfriend as her birthday/one year anniversary (that happens to be the day after her birthday) I'm giving it as a promise ring and engagement ring. Which is the the 25th of August. I'm excited and anxious to see her reaction. This review is about what I think about it. I'll write another when I know how she thinks about it.

Diamond not so good..I think cut glass could shine more..real cloudy and dull...I bought this for my daughter for her high school graduation....I would not recommend this ...I would have sent it back but didn't have enough time and I needed a gift for her. I love the band and how it looks on her.

The diamond is smaller than it looks in the display pictures. It looks not much wider than the band its self. My girlfriend loves it though. Being a college student I naturally couldn't afford much but I wanted something genuine and real so this fits the bill. She shows it off where ever she goes and is very proud of it. It'll make her smile, guys.

the ring is very small. the diamond is also very small. but it does fit small hands very nicely. I bought this ring for myself and its nice and dainty. you get what you payed for.. it was a reasonable price
