Happy with the the charm, but not the thin necklace. Make me want to put my head down for giving to my wife for valentine's day gift. :( She was sweet to me anyway.

• How did the image on site compare with the actual product? The ruby heart was pretty, but the image on site really fails you, the size or thickness of the necklace. When I opened the box I could barely see the necklace. This made me feel a little ashame to be giving this to my wife for valentine's day.
• How accurate was the sizing? Size of the necklace, I will have to purchase my wife another necklace just to go with the charm. Necklace so thin!
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. At this point, the quality is questionable.

The size and price point of this item was exactly what I was looking for! I did change out the chain on it, but it was only because the clasp was quite small and I was unable to open and close it with ease. Highly recommended!

The Ruby heart is very nice, I bought it for my girlfriend and she got impressed. As other people noted the chain is a worthless. I bought a nice silver chain for $10 and changed it before I gave it as gift. I advice you do to the same.
