Chain is really short and fragile. It broke on it's own while I was wearing the necklace just 2 days after I had it. Fortunately the stone fell in to a shirt pocket so we found it later and have since put it on a different chain that is longer and more sturdy. Stone is really pretty and gets lots of compliments!! I just recommend a different chain.

I bought this as a gift for one of my bridesmaids. The amethyst is a nice color. The chain on the necklace is a bit thin, but otherwise very happy with this purchase.

Bought this for my wife. Smaller than I thought but if I had paid more attention the description is accurate about the size. You may want to replace the chain that this comes with to a better one. Overall this is a great looking piece for a decent price.

She has been wearing it everyday so I assume she likes it. The service is always great and the product is just as it is represented in the ad. Overstock is a good organization with which to do business.

Before ordering, I was concerned about the quality of the stone and the metal work, but after receiving it, its very beautiful and well made. It would be nice to have a higher grade gold used, but for the price, its fair. I am certainly satisfied with the product.
