10k White Gold Amethyst and 1/10ct TDW Diamond Ring (I-J, I1-I2)

my fiancee and i ordered this as an engagement ring.the shipping was spot on with the estimated time and the ring was gorgeous,it looked almost just like the picture.unfortunatly after having it for about a week or two a diamond fell out.after further inspection we realized that it had been missing a prong.i contacted overstock.com and they immediately helped me to get it returned and exchanged.when i got the new ring(i asked if i could keep the original stone but they had to send me a new one) i was happier than before.the original stone was a beautiful purple and completely clear and flawless,but when i got the new one,the stone was a much deeper color.it does have a small occlusion in the center but you can't tell because the color is so deep.the only complaint i have is the shipping on the return item.i received it almost two weeks after the estimated time but considering everything else from the size to the appearance was perfect,i had an overall great experience
