Chain was tangled but everything else was good
The pendant is very nice worth the money but the chain is really thin and the chain was packaged poorly knotted and twisted which given the size and how fragile it is makes it a lot worse. I have ordered a few things of jewelry and electronics on this site and it has been great so I can't complain to much but that chain really needs to be put in there better I am shocked that it didn't break when taking it out or getting out the knots.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Pretty good the chain is very thin and came really badly tangled but the pendant is really nice
- How accurate was the sizing? Good
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Good quality except for the chain it was packaged very poorly.
