First let me say my ring is beautiful HOWEVER the reason for the POOR review is based on the fact that the ring is FALLING APART. My ring was ordered on Feb 2nd 2012 and I was married on March 20 2012. Today May 26 2012 my ring is missing 6 stones YES 6 stones. When I called Overstock to discuss the problem I was told that I am beyond the 30 day return policy okay I understand that but then to be told that since I didn't purchase a warranty (didn't do this because really who imagines their wedding ring falling apart 2 months after the I Do's). But okay I was good with that I mean I'm the stupid one who didn't purchase the warranty mainly in part to we were already on a tight budget I mean HELLO I'm buying my ring from Overstock. But what really got me was the customer care agent who advised me to RETURN my wedding ring the ring my husband slid on my finger the day we decided to give ourselves to each other for the rest of our lives for a PARTIAL REFUND, amount to be determined by the wharehouse department. Really I'm not having a bad enough time as it is with my ring falling apart BUT then for the lady to tell me to return it. I wouldn't return it for a FULL refund this is the ring I was married with and falling apart or not it is the only ring I ever want all I wanted was for the ring to be repaired I wasn't after a new ring or ANY money returned I simply wanted it repaired.
