Necklace broke in 2.5 months
This product did not hold up well and the customer service lady was nice enough to tell me I had no warranty because I did not buy a product protection plan. If you want good quality then don't buy or at least buy the protection plan so when it breaks after normal wear and tear you can get it replaced.
