10k Gold Black Sapphire 1/10ct TDW Diamond Heart Ring

The initial ring that I wanted was not available in my size and with just three days to my wedding date we were freaking out. But I called Overstock and got a woman named Robin. She was amazing. She kept me on the phone & asked as many supervisors & departments on information on my original ring but couldn't get me that one. She called me back four times to help me find the right ring that I loved. We stumbled upon this ring which looked a lot like the other one & although it wasn't black, it was still beautiful & it was my second choice on my wish list. Not only did she take 10% off & give me FREE expedited shipping, she did all the necessary paper work to ensure that I just had to pay the difference between the two rings & it included a 2yr warranty just in case. That was Saturday, it got here by Tuesday! The day before the wedding. I have never cut anything so close in my life. The ring its self is so beautiful. I don't like flashy and it's really so simple with a bit of shine added. I love how it looks black but you can see the blue in the sunlight. Everyone that sees it says how expensive it must have been. I love how it's white gold and heart shaped. My husband did such a good job picking it out for me!! & I couldn't have done the exchange with out Robin. I won't ever forget how she went above and beyond her job just to ensure that I got what I wanted & when I needed it. That's what customer service is about & that is the MAIN reason I will continue to shop overstock.
