I got a defected chain of this same pendent (the chain had segments with brownish looking colors to it). I called them and send them me a new one and I got it in about 7 days. The 2nd one is really nice.The chain is no longer defected (but the 14K white gold does not look as white or bright as the other 14K white gold chain I seen, so its more on a darker side). Also the diamonds on the replacement chain is brigher and clearer than the 1st one i received. So overall I am really happy with the replacement. Its surprising how the same type of pendent can have so much variation between just two pendent of its very kind.llSo if i get a good one, its a very nice one. Diamond is bright, but still not as bright as the ones you see at the mall store, but its still well set and shiny, so for the 1/3 ct and 14k white gold, i think its a pretty good price. Also, this design is very hard to find, i've search for a while before i found one like this one.

I saw a similar one at the mall for $399, and it was not as many carats. I love this pendant. The diamonds are clean and white, and well set. It doesn't look as spiky as it does in the picture. The chain is heavier than I thought it would be; it feels almost like platinum and is very strong. A very good buy.

Just got this necklace over the weekend, fast shipping! The diamond heart sparkles like no other under the light, great quality, clear and white! The necklace is definitely not 16-inch long, more like 18-inch, so it's not a choker like I originally was expecting. But the necklace has substantial weight, so it's not a thin chain, which just adds to the overall value of the necklace! Great buy!!
