This 2-toned wastebasket arrived in a bashed-in box and the mesh of the basket is too flimsy to withstand damage in shipment, so it was bashed in, too. To top it of, I can't even turn it to an intact side because it is a PASTEL blue. PASTEL was not in the description! Also, the two tones advertised are achieved by a white cardboard liner. The value rating of 3 that I gave this product is because if it had not been damaged in shipment and if I were a child or lived with children, the wastebasket would have rated higher.
