We love this trash can! It is the right size and shape for our kitchen and it matches my other stainless steel appliances. A very nice trash can for the money. As the other reviewers said "it works great" It is like having a robot in your kitchen--we even named it! We have it in an area where we walk by it often so it is always opening unnecessarily--but we think that it is funny--but eventually we will put it somewhere else when we have to start changing the batteries!
It is really awesome looking, I love the convenience of touchless, especially when I'm cooking. The one draw back about the touchless is that my dog ( a lab) makes it open when she sniffs near it, she'sjust the exact height! go figure haha
This is a very nice looking, good quality trash can. I am having a little difficulty getting it back on the automatic opening after changing out the bags. I have to re-set it a few times. Uses 4 D batteries. Love the hands free lid.
I love the look of the trash can but it is really hard to put the garbage bag in with the plastic ring. It is also hard to get the garbage bag out. I love the idea of the motion sensor that lifts the lid. That was the main reason for buying the product. Don't know if I would replace it when the time comes.
