If you just have some light surface soil this product is fine. It is not for deep cleaning. Works better if you have open spaces. My living room is small with a lot of furniture, so it is constantly redirecting itself. The barriers work great! You would be amazed at the amount of dirt/etc that you empty out of the tray!

I've had this for a few weeks now, and it's pretty awesome. The main reason behind me getting a Roomba was my cat shedding it's winter coat. I live in an apartment with almost all hard-wood flooring, so I can set this up in a single room, put up the 'virtual walls' and let her rip just on my way out for work. I put it in a different room every day, so the entire place is vacuumed over the course of a week. Because it can't have shoe laces or other tchotchkes laying around, it forces you to stay picked up with is not a bad thing at all. I only wish it had the ability to auto-program which some of the newer models do. Otherwise, I'm really happy with how it keeps the place clean. The Duster was donated to a local charity.

The Vacuum cleans great! it is awesome to just set up the invisible walls and clean a room while you are doing something else! The one thing I will say for a first time user is that you shouldn't set up the invisible walls exactly where you expect the vacuum to stop, it stops about 6 inches before it hits the wall. The one complaint I have is that sometimes the part that holds the dust comes off sometimes while it is vacuuming. I would totally recommend this to everyone! does a GREAT job picking up pet hair and hitting the whole room! We bought this with the two year warranty and we are planning on upgrading in two years to the vacuum with a charging station. Battery generally runs long enough to clean the whole room (about an hour to an hour and half) LOVE IT!

I was a little skeptical at first but after using this on my floors..I was amazed (and a little disgusted) as to what it picked up! I love how its able to go under my recliners, bed, and other places my vacuum can't fit (unless i use all those crazy attachments). The first time you use it, follow it around to see if there are any areas where it has a little trouble...I discovered a cpl spots in my house where it tends to get stuck (under a dresser) and it has a little problem getting over the "hump" into my kitchen or bathroom - so for those areas I use the walls so I dont have to worry about messing it up! But with the virtual walls up or even blocking the area off with something else like a shoe, etc....It is super nice to just turn it on and let it clean while in the shower or doing other things! The Go-Duster is a nice lil gadget too - its great for cleaning blinds and the air filter :) :)

I love my Roomba. It's so nice to have the little guy do my vacuuming while I make dinner, or do dishes, or sit down and put my feet up. Truly the lazy vacuumers dream. And it does a pretty good job, too. I run it every 2-3 days, and am always amazed by the amount of dust and hair it picks up in that short time. There are some tight spaces it doesn't reach as well, but overall, it does a very good job of covering the whole room. I find I have to clean out the filter after every time, but that doesn't take too long, and isn't difficult. Definitely a great purchase.

I love the Roomba!!! I use it to keep up on the pet hair from my two kitties, and it works great. If I had more money I probably would buy the higher priced one that lets you use schedule it to go out and clean, but this works just fine for the time being. I will be getting some family members this for Christmas come next year.

I have always wanted one of these little guys and with this offer I couldn't resist trying it. Our "Bot" cleans really well, gets everywhere and even did the track of the sliding glass door with special interest. We are all intrigued and can't stop watching it. Even our cats find a perch and watch this guy do his thing! We were thinking of getting the programmable and home base features but we watch it all the time so we don?t think it is necessary anymore.

I ORDERED THE ROOMBA AND THE DUSTER WAS AN ADDED BONUS. BOTH PRODUCTS ARE EXCELLENT, I HAD A ROOMBA BEFORE SO I KNEW HOW WELL IT WORKED. THE DUSTER WAS A PLEASENT SPINNING SURPRISE.
