This ottoman has been a great addition to my living room. I purchased it as a cheaper solution to buying a sectional for additional seating and leg room. It certainly fits the bill, and has been well worth the money. It is comfortable enough to use as a leg rest, it works as additional seating during a party, and is sturdy enough to be used as a coffee table too. The easy zip storage space on the bottom is super convenient to put the legs in easily and carry. I do a lot of yoga in my small apartment and needed something that was lightweight as well, I can move this ottoman with ease, without worrying about bothering the people that live below me. I have certainly had a few small spills on mine, but the clean up is easy, the material doesn't seem to stain easily. There are a few stray strings that I have found hanging from the seams, however, has not yet, at least, added up to anything destructive to the ottoman. The material gets a little "fuzzier" with use, but I think it makes it look a little more lived in. I was worried about the cushioning moving and clumping under the material, but that has yet to happen. I would certainly recommend this ottoman, and plan on using it for a long time as a functional, stylish centerpiece.
