This couch comes in two boxes - very heavy. I found my boxes in the driveway when I got home from work. One box (with the couch frame in it) was badly damaged. The actual couch was sticking out of the box & the thin plastic wrapping was ripped - exposing the fabric. Fabric was damaged. I called Overstock & they shipped out a replacement that day. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE !! New couch arrived perfect. Warning - this is VERY tough to assemble. You need to have two people or be strong. An older or frail person could never do this alone. The cushions are vacuum packed into the frame (I would have never found them if I had not read another person's review) - removing them literally took all my strength - some not so nice words were uttered !! Once I got them out it was easy to stuff the pillows. Adorable & comfy !! Chocolate brown with light lime green trim. Small (more love seat size than couch - perfect for a bay window or small room).

I purchased 2 of these sofas for my living room. Assembly is definitely a 2 person job. The back cushions are vacuum packed inside the back frame; be prepared for a battle to remove them! The seat cushions are NOT covered with the brown fabric on both surfaces and cannot be rotated for even wear. The color is a nice chocolate brown, piping is a medium olive green, size is as stated and adequate for my use. The seating is firm and may soften with use but it's not immediately comfortable. I doubt the sofas would stand up to heavy use or active children. Accent pillows are a nice accent. The quality is passable ... you get what you pay for.

I received my sofa today, my Crawford Sofa by Angelo:HOME in Chocolate Brown Twill Microfiber and Lotus Green Piping. When UPS came to the door, the Delivery Man and I were both HAPPY I did not live on the 3rd floor! I am handicapped (Diabetic Nueropahy, Polymyaglia and Osteoarthitis), but I actually put it all together by my self and I am so proud of myself, it did take me 4 hours, but I loved every minute of it once I saw how beautiful my sofa was. Yes there were some flaws (the piping on one arm through the curve was not done so well, but I only notice no one else will). I had read all the reviews and they helped me prepare myself for the job. I thank Angelo for creating a sofa that met my desired design. I thank UPS for the great delivery. But most of all... I thank OVERSTOCK.COM for making this purchase possible. I love this sofa. It was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. It fits perfect in my office. The pillows are a nice touch. It took 10 days to ship to me. That was the only disappointment. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I was nervous about buying furniture online. This came in boxes. My husband and I put it together - it wasn't too hard. It's very comfortable. We have a small family room so I needed a large loveseat/small sofa. One the foot bases was chipped, but I contacted overstock and a new one was promptly shipped out. I have it paired with the inka wool rug sold on this site (the one with the green palm leaf print) It looks great.

I wanted an inexpensive couch for my sunroom. It was definitely inexpensive, but it shows. I am really pleased with the size of the couch. It's not a tiny love seat, but it's not a full-size couch, either. The size is perfect for my space. I like the feel of the fabric on this couch. It has a soft texture. It is lighter brown than the picture. The couch is not very comfortable. The cushions are very "boing-y" if you know what I mean. You don't sink in, just kinda bounce when you sit. The cushions stick out past the front of the couch and keep sliding out and have to be pushed back. I was concerned when it was delivered because the boxes were pretty beat-up, but the fabric and basic structural parts of the couch were fine. I email the manufacturer for two replacement feet since they were cracked when I got them. I haven't heard back, so I'm disappointed with that. The couch is pretty cute to look at, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I chose this sofa because it came unassembled and could pass through my narrow stairwell. Unfortunately, this sofa is very uncomfortable. The cushions are much too springy and the sofa is not nearly deep enough to sit on comfortably. I feel like the sofa is continuously trying to bounce me off of it.

Sofa arrived in 2 separate boxes. Color is an actual Brown, not "Lotus Green" as described. Sofa appeared Green in photo but it is Not. Seat cushions (2) are quite Hard. Easy to assemble, it took approx 40 min from time of unpacking to finish; however you do need 2 people when it is time to snap the side arms (2) to the main body.

I received my sofa yesterday and immediately began the assembly process. The sofa was assembled and ready to sit on in exactly 25 minutes. The box that contained the frame was about 89 pounds but the UPS delivery guy helped me up the 3 flights of stairs ( I live on the 4th floor in a walkup in Brooklyn, NY). The most difficult part was getting the cushions out of the body of the sofa where they were packed for shipping efficiency. The sofa is quite comfortable and I have already received 3 compliments on its comfort and look. I would certainly recommend this sofa to a friend!

Comfortable and looks great! Fits perfectly into a small room. Easy to assemble. Only confusion was finding the stuffing for the pillows....don't forget to look under the framing.

I had just gotten a new house and needed to furnish it in style yet on a budget. I bought this Sofa and got it in 5 days. Came in 2 boxes and took my husband less than 30 mins to assembly. One thing i love about this is, it come the pillows so i didn't have to go looking for matching throw pillows. I get compliments everyday. I think it looks like suede but high end kind. You wont be disappointed

The sofa I ordered came exactly as indicated at the time the order was placed and the sofa was exactly what I expected! The quality is very nice, including the two pillows, assembly time by myself was about 20 minutes. It's a perfect size for our small living room. I like it so much that I was inspired to paint the room to match the lotus green trim.

Beautiful little sofa! Looks Great in my small living room. Color was a little lighter than I wanted, but I will keep it anyway. Assembly was easy once I put the arms on the correct sides. Only problem was that the stuffing for one of the accent pillows was not included. I am contacting Overstock to get it. It seems very sturdy and looks like a high quality sofa. Shipping was very fast. I ordered it on a Sunday evening and received it on the Wednesday. Highly recommend.

I am not very happy with this couch but it is a pain to ship back so I'm giving it away. I bought this online with a bunch of other items and it really does not match everything else I bought. The photo makes the color of the couch appear a rich, deep brown. It isn't. At all. And the fabric is cheap and horrible if you have pets.

Some of the sofa looks ok but I haven't been able to use it because it was missing lots of items including the cushion covers. Overstock has shipped 2 different times things I already have, but not what I was missing. 6 weeks later I am still waiting. Each time they ship me the missing parts it takes a few days to ships from California and then 5 business day to get here. Hopefully the 3rd shipment will have the rest of the couch and I can sit on it.

This sofa is absolutely adorable!!! It is kind-of small, but perfect for a small living room. The sofa comes packed with the throw pillows and the back of the couch without stuffing. The stuffing is packed seperately inside of the back of the couch. Though it makes the shipping easier, it was nearly impossible to get the pillows out of the back of the couch. Other than removing the stuffing for the pillows, assembly was very simple. The directions were detailed and included photos to further clarify the assembly process. Ours orginally came with out the hardware, but after a short call to the manufacturer (the number is listed with the directions) our hardware was overnighted to us. It is very light weight, which was good for moving purposes; however, we had to put a sofa table behind it to keep it from sliding around when people sat down. Overall I am pleased with the sofa!

Great product and was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice quality and very comfortable.
