This item arrived in 2 boxes. Not a single piece was assembled. It took 3 nights of my husband and I working together to assemble it. The quality is great- very solid wood, instructions are great, but there are no predrilled holes so assembly is difficult - I got blisters on my fingers. When we were almost done, the last piece - in our opinion the important piece -did not fit (the drop down media door). Customer service was great about shipping another one out to us. If I saw this in a store and could have it shipped assembled, Id buy it again, its a beautiful cabinet, but would certainly not assemble one of these again.

Looks just like the picture
Really love this media console so far. Although the first was damaged the second was in perfect condition. My husband assembled it himself in about two hours. It wasn't difficult, just time consuming, lots of pieces! Very heavy and substantial for the price.

Nice piece
Nice piece, but get ready for a heavy duty build. I like that sort of thing, so it did not bother me. Warehouse very responsive and accommodating when it comes to damaged and/or missing pieces. Looks great and very functional.

Beautiful, but definitely difficult to put togethe
The product would have been perfect had it been put together already. Part of the process was very difficult; it helped to have a drill and 2 people putting it together. The one flip down door doesn't perfectly fit, I have to push it in hard. That seems to be the only "defect" in design unless it's something I did to put it together wrong. But it really is beautiful, I just feel like it would have been perfect had it not counted on me to put on all the doors and hinges straight. And the 2 drawers sometimes get a little stuck if they're not perfectly aligned. The amount of storage space is great too.
