Really pleased with this table. It added the perfect touch of texture I was looking for.

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? It is a little more white washed than I thought but it still works for me.

Okay.... I have mixed feelings about this Bowery End Table.... First, I LOVE the look of this table! It is EXACTLY how I wanted my table to look like! However, the quality is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am keeping it, because "you get what you paid for". The price is inexpensive, the look is what I wanted, so.... I had to do some adjustments of my own to keep this table! When it arrived, it came unassembled, however very easy to put together! I noticed that the screws on the table top was "loose". I tried to tighten them, but I could tell the screw was either stripped or the "hole" for the screws were too big (Am I making any sense here?). When I turned the table over to sit upright, the entire table-top came right off!!!!!!!!!! Thank God I had some longer screws of my own to use! Now it is sitting in my living room, pretty as can be! Bottom-line, make sure you have some extra screws, in case you need them. They will have to be a little longer than the ones that it came already assembled with. Having them a little wider AND longer would be the perfect match! Just make sure they can fit into the hole and the screw doesn't pop out on the other side because of the length... I would recommend this table to a friend ONLY if the friend wanted an inexpensive table that may or may not last, depending on it's use.

the table was not nearly as pretty and sophisticated as depicted - it was very cheap looking in real life. The surface was very rough -much more than merely unfinished. Plus when I assembled it, it was not straight... that might have been fixable with more time spent making sure all of the legs were equally tightened, but by that point, I knew the tables were going back...

This industrial look is so mixable with all furniture styles. I got the sofa table too and also the nesting tables. They are very lovely and I had no problems with assembling them. Overstock never lets me down and the Angelo Home styles and quality are great!
