Family Tradition
My father-in-law loved his Henckels cutlery and gave me my 1st Henckels Four Star knife over 25 years ago. It is still perfect! I have since assembled a set of Four Star pieces that meet my every need. It only takes 5 or 6 peces to have a fully functional set. My son, a budding cook, just rented his first house, so I bought him this set to continue the family tradition. This set contains everything he needs to start his well-equipped kitchen. He is thrilled with the set and I fully expect his (and mine) will last a lifetime. The pieces in the Four Star line are a good substantial weight and feel well-balanced in my hand. Sharpen them correctly and keep them out of the dishwasher and they will reward you with perfect performance for years. Overstock's price for this set is excellent - I shopped around and no other merchant came close. As always, Overstock delivery was very fast. Henckels cutlery is well worth the investment!
