    Constructed of polyester with a chic semi-sheer pattern, this valance pleats and drapes softly. The delicate, embroidered vine-and-leaf pattern lends an elegant touch to compliment any window.

  • Pretty valance

    I wanted to change the look of the window in the bathroom, and ordered this valance along with a blind. The valance is pretty, and " just enough" to change the look, without being a focal point. It is an inexpensive way to create a different look.

  • Valance exactly what I wanted

    After looking in stores and on-line for valances for 5 windows, husband suggested I try overstock and once I did I had an array of items to look through. So glad I ordered the Zurich Vine/Leaf Scalloped Valance, they go perfect with the new blinds we had installed and go well with the colors in 2 rooms of the house

Thank you for your inquiry. We contacted the MFR regarding the issue. They responded with : The fabric of SKU 14076478 is 100% polyester, which is flammable. We haven’t tested that and don’t have the certificate about it. So that is all the information we can provide. overstockcustomercare1 on Jan 31, 2013
 
 
I need to know if the measurment of 16" is from the very top to the lowest part of the scallop bottom. I am new at doing curtains and I don't know if the rod pocket is included in this measurement. Thanks so much. lmack448 on Jun 12, 2012

The Zurich Scalloped Valance has a 1.5” header and 1.75” rod pocket. The measurement of 16” is from the top of rod pocket to the lowest part of the scallop bottom. That is, if measure from the very top, the valance will be 17.5” (16”+1.5”). overstockcustomercare1 on Jun 15, 2012
