Great Bread Machine
It's like having your own personal baker at home. So simple to use -- use the recipes in the book that came with it and in about two hours and hardly any work at all (other than adding the ingredients in the order listed) you have a wonderful, homemade loaf of bread. I would recommend this amazing machine to anyone. The loaf comes out easily out of the pan. The control panel is self explanatory and the machine even lets you know when you need to add other ingredients as necessitated by the recipe. The loaf is perfectly browned and shaped.Overstock did a nice job of getting the machine in just a few days of the order.

Zojirushi BBCC-X20 Home Bakery Supreme Bread Machi
I am just getting used to it and had a few failures but discovered I had not read the directions thoroughly. It really is necessary to pay attention to the details (especially regarding the settings) for each kind of bread you want to make. I have had the most success with "rapid rise" yeast and the "Quick" setting. My family is enjoying real whole wheat bread instead of store-bought bread. The machine makes all types of bread and even makes cakes, meatloaf and jam!

After reading the reviews, I was concerned, but decided that if it didn't work I could return it. The recipes that come with the machine are not good, not enough liquid to the amount of flour. I adapted my old recipes and have not had a problem. It is very important to put the liquids in first, then the dry ingredients, to get the machine to mix well, but that is with all bread makers. I wish the buzzer were louder, if I am not in the same room I do not hear it. It cleans up easily, and bakes to perfection.

We ordered the bread machine and really wanted it, but Overstock.com never delivered it! I was never asked if I still wanted it, they just returned it before it was delivered and credited our card without an explanation. Very disappointed!!!!

we use the timer for first thing in the morning bread and cakes. its wonderful to wake up to the fresh smell of bread baking. it does a great job.
