When the boxes arrived with my pillows I was sure that Overstock got the order wrong...there was no way 40 inch pillows were fitting into a 20" box. Once I opened the box I realized you have to put the pillows together. Follow the instructions carefully, and in about 48 hours they will turn into big fluffy pillows. The one thing that I was happily surprised by was the washable cover. It's hard to see in the photo, but the cover is very, very soft and fuzzy. Perfect for my two year old to throw himself on. As a matter of fact it's rare that he's not laying all over these pillows. If you have kids I'd strongly recommend getting a couple of these!
