  • Water filter is great but flow valve leaks

    I want to give this product 5 stars because it has been a great water filter and saves me money. Unfortunately, the flow valve on this thing just doesn't work, and I can only put enough water in to fill the water dispenser it sits on or water will run onto the floor. I ordered a replacement valve, which they did send free of charge, but it didn't solve the problem. I called customer service for help after trying the valve they sent, but the rep (rude on the phone by the way) couldn't help me. I still use this on top of my water dispenser, and love the pure water, but it is very inconvenient to monitor how full my dispenser is (I have to only add a little water daily) to prevent spillage.

To change the filters, lift off the top half (no fasteners to undo), un-screw the old filters (2 each) in the bottom half, and screw in the new filters. No plumbing is needed.
