Are the alabaster white cushions removable or attached to base? What is the base constructed of?

1.The cushions are removable and the fabric is washable with dry cleaning.
2.The base is made of powder coated aluminum pipes and covered by wicker, which is a 100% High Density Polyethilene Fiber (HDPE).
