Zebra Print Oval Back Chair

I read all of the reviews and it took me awhile to decide to make this purchase as you never know the condition of the furniture and the appearance until you actually receive it. For the most part, all of the people who left reviews loved the chair but there were many comments about the knicks, paint issues, etc on the wood. I was going to order a second chair if I loved it, but obviously I am sticking with the one chair. I won't send it back as it is still a fun looking chair...as long as you do not look close at the flaws on the wood. Fortunately I purchased the chair on sale but still I found it only to be an average value. Customer service was ok to deal with but they did promptly send out two new legs, however, they too have minor flaws. If you purchase the chair, just be prepared for some knicks and scrapes and be willing to touch up them with a black marker. While the cushion seat is extremely comfortable and thick, the weaving of the material was a little loose. I find that it snags fairly easily with my cats jumping on it so I have a throw blanket over the chair to protect it (kind of takes away from the fun look of the zebra print!). On the plus side, it is very comfortable and it is a cool conversation piece. I still like sitting in it and it is very roomy. I am very happy that the wood is black but as others referenced in their reviews, make sure you want black color instead of the brown color it appears to be in the photo. I am selecting that I would refer the chair to others with the knowledge that there are going to be some flaws on the wood. As long as you are prepared for the marks, etc, you should be happy with the chair.

I ordered a pair of these chairs at the beginning of the week and had them by the weekend. They were not too difficult to assemble, look stylish and are quite comfortable. I'm using them for our music room, so it was important for them to be low (to reach the ground easily) and wide (to sit up front). One chair has a couple of small flaws, but only I notice them and only I know what I paid...so I'm not complaining. One nice detail the photo doesn't show is a beautiful decorative trim around the base of the seat that gives them a look I've seen on island-inspired furniture. Don't worry about buying these chairs online without testing them. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Love these chairs. Easy to put together although the key is to not tighten up all the screws until the end. The dowels help with proper placement and tools are even included. I waited so long and could not decide about these and it turned out to be one of my favorite purchases. Arrived quickly and packed very well. I recommend highly - this price is great too.

these chairs are awsome...I absolutely love them..arrived in a timely fashion and the assembly went smoothly..they look very classy and elegant in our family room..they are very versatile can be used in other areas of the home as well.on a scal of 1 to 10....i wud give a 10 plus....over stock "ROCKS"!!!!!!!
