Item not as shown
Very disappointing. Item is incomplete and not as shown in picture. Does not include hose and is useless without hose.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Not Applicable
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Could not answer since hose was not included and is not compatible with existing hose
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Tends to mislead you into thinking item comes complete and ready to hook up. Only the shower head is included and is useless as sent. Cannot even be used as doorstop since it is too light. ITEM SHOULD INCLUDE ALL PARTS NECESSARY TO INSTALL AND BE USED; NOT JUST THE HEAD !
